In a video message to the Iranian nation on Tuesday, 27 October 2026, Prince Reza Pahlavi called on every Iranian who is "fed up with this regime" to join the national cooperation campaign to save Iran. The three-and-a-half-minute message was broadcast on his official channels, on Iran National Revolution TV and on independent Persian-language media.
He opened by saying that the Islamic Republic is no longer the regime it was a year ago and is "now weaker than ever". According to him, the "missing leader" and the other heads of the regime fear nothing more than an effective nationwide uprising. This refers to Mojtaba Khamenei, who has made no public appearance since February 2026; Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf's latest claim about his health came with no evidence either.
The IRGC and the war
Prince Reza Pahlavi held the Islamic Republic and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) responsible for dragging Iran into war and endangering the country's existence. He called the IRGC's grip on the state and the plunder of national resources the main cause of Iran's ever-worsening economic and security situation, and said the current rulers have left the people "no bread, no security and no hope for the future". In his words, Iran cannot bear further damage, and Iranians must use every opportunity to save their country.
A transition plan and an amnesty
He said he has a plan both for bringing down the Islamic Republic and for governing Iran afterwards, with three goals: preserving the country's security and stability during the transition, guaranteeing people's fundamental freedoms, and meeting citizens' essential needs.
Prince Reza Pahlavi then addressed the military, police and security forces: if they join the nation and stand with the people on the day of Iran's liberation, they will receive amnesty; if they remain on the side of the oppressors and take part in crimes against the people, they will answer to the law and to justice.
An invitation to all Iranians
What sets this message apart from earlier calls is its audience. He said that "this time" he is inviting not only the military and civil servants but Iranians from every walk of life to contact his team directly through BarkhizIranBot on Telegram and to join the campaign today. In summer 2025, Prince Reza Pahlavi had said that tens of thousands of regime and military personnel had joined the national cooperation campaign.
The message came as US officials say they are ready for a large-scale strike on the Islamic Republic within 96 hours, and as his supporters prepare for the 7 November rally in Frankfurt. Prince Reza Pahlavi ended his message with this sentence: "We are ready to prevail over the Islamic Republic and to shape a new future for Iran, the region and the world."
Prince Reza Pahlavi offered the military amnesty and invited all Iranians to work directly with his team.
