Saeed Ghasseminejad: Iran Prosperity Project expands cooperation with experts

Saeed Ghasseminejad, director of the Iran Prosperity Project and economic adviser to Prince Reza Pahlavi, spoke in a video message released by the Prince's media office on Saturday, 17 October 2026, about expanding the project's activities and its cooperation with Iranian experts in order to plan "on the road to victory and for the day after victory".

According to Prince Reza Pahlavi's media office, the message has three main themes: expanding cooperation with Iranian experts and specialists, planning for the transition period and the rebuilding of Iran after the Islamic Republic, and strengthening the project's ties with the people of Iran and with international audiences.

The Iran Prosperity Project in a new institution

The message comes a few days after the Prince's media office announced that the transfer of the Iran Prosperity Project from NUFDI to a new institution had been completed and that the project, with a new website, is continuing its preparation for the transition period. The same office said financial contributions to the project will from now on be accepted only through the official channels listed on the new website.

DIAR wrote earlier in an analysis that this transfer is a normal part of an organization's growth, not a sign of a rift in Prince Reza Pahlavi's camp. The project director's new message likewise stresses a broader scope of work and the recruitment of more experts.

The emergency-period and reconstruction plan

Last week in Düsseldorf, Germany, Ghasseminejad said that nearly 200 experts had written the emergency and transition plan around two pillars, economic stabilization and industrial reconstruction, and that the emergency-period handbook had been revised on the basis of thousands of comments.

The Iran Prosperity Project was launched with the support of Prince Reza Pahlavi to draw up practical plans for the period after the Islamic Republic, from the economy and energy to water and the monetary system, and has so far published numerous handbooks and plans for the transition period.

The director of the Iran Prosperity Project announced the expansion of cooperation with Iranian experts to plan Iran's transition and reconstruction.
